Initial Delivery of Exam Results
As part of our commitment, HPTC will deliver one set of post-examination results and competency profiles for all candidates following the administration of their respective examinations.
This initial delivery is included in the examination process, ensuring all candidates receive their results promptly and without additional cost.
Additional Data Retrieval Services
For candidates requiring additional copies of their examination results and competency profiles, HPTC offers the following services:
Electronic Delivery of Results
For a fee of $30.00 + HST, candidates can request an additional electronic copy of their results. This option ensures quick and convenient access to your examination data.
Third-Party Delivery with Verification
If you need to send your results to a third party, HPTC can provide a copy, including the official seal of the CBRC and signed verification of results.
This service is available for $50.00 + HST. This option is ideal for candidates who must provide verified results to employers, educational institutions, or licensing bodies.
How to Request Data Retrieval
To request additional copies of your examination results or competency profiles, complete the HPTC Data Retrieval Request form (EN) and submit it electronically or by mail along with the associated fees.
Please ensure all sections of the form are completed accurately to avoid delays in processing your request.
